Hi,

I would suggest y'all to test the outcome by manually copying a unmarried photograph and save it. Cheque if it works.

I would also suggest you to check if you take permissions to the folder to which you are importing the photos.

I would suggest yous to follow these steps and give permissions to the folder:

  1. Press Windows key + X on the keyboard.

  2. Click on Command Prompt (Admin).

  3. At the command prompt, type "takeown /f <foldername> /r /d y" without quotes and and then press ENTER. (Replace <foldername> with the path of the binder).

  4. And then, type "icacls <foldername> /grant administrators:F /T" without quotes and hit enter. (Supplant <foldername> with the path of the binder).

Using the higher up mentioned commands, we took the buying of the binder and then assigned the Administrators group Full Control Permissions for the folder.

    Let us know the results.

Rohit S

We take the same trouble with all our Fuji cameras.

With Windows vii and viii you could elevate the photos from the camera folder to the desktop.

But Windows 10 does non recognise the photograph folder (it actually treats it as empty when it is definitely half full).

This is non an ambassador-related trouble.

The only piece of work effectually (until MS fixes the glitch) is to download the camera software and endeavor to work with that.

I take exactly the same trouble with my Fuji photographic camera, it says the camera has  no photos on it. I had no problems with windows 7. hopefully Microsoft will sort out this problem before long.

Aye… real problem with Fuji cameras… simply cannot move photos from camera to PC.

With seven and 8 you could go to My Figurer and open up the camera binder and drag photos into a desktop folder, BUT Windows ten, although it recognises the camera folder, insists that it is empty… a real nightmare.

Have downloaded all the Fuji software… aforementioned problem. Even with the Fuji software installed, Windows 10 refuses to detect anything in a total camera folder.

Had to have all the photos off on my laptop (Windows seven) and I won't upgrade any other family PCs until MS has fixed this because it's a genuine nuisance and a real timewaster.

I decided to remove the SD card and put it into the computer'due south card reader slot, but over again windows ten recognised the carte du jour so declared it to be empty! I practice hope they sort out this problem, equally the whole signal of a digital camera (for me) is to have snaps and view them on a computer!

My daughter also tried putting on her photo'due south from a catechism camera and once again window's 10 said it was empty. Then I'k at present bold this problem is affecting most photographic camera brands.

Same Problem with Kodak, Iphone vi and SD card reader. Getting "An error has occurred while attempting to import. Either the source is unavailable or the destination is full or read simply" with Picasa , and the message "Something went Wrong Effort again or abolish." with windows x Photos app.  This happens with all 3 devices and using both Picasa or Windows x Photos. I take all of my administrative permissions. Is in that location a set up on the fashion? I really stuck. I accept to work with photos as part of my job. Any help?
